DEPOSIT & PRE-REGISTRATION:

A 100% deposit is due at the time the reservation is made. The final cost will be determined and balance due is to be paid upon arrival. You must pre-register at least one (1) day in advance for a Birthday Party. Subject to Availability.

 

REFUND POLICY:

The deposit is fully refundable fourteen (14) days prior to the event and non-refundable less than fourteen (14) days prior to the event.

 

INCLEMENT WEATHER POLICY:

In the event of inclement weather not allowing the park to open, Big Dam Waterpark will work with your group to reschedule the rental or provide a full refund of the amount paid. If inclement weather causes the park to close more than 2 hours before scheduled closing time, tickets will be reactivated for use any time during the current season.
